5 bad habits wasting your time

Today, I will tell you about the habits that are making you unsuccessful and lazy. It may possible that you already know these .

Here are these Bad habits affecting your daily routine and works :
(1) Irregular schedule of sleeping :
You would think , why I have chosen this habit as first bad habit ... because if we feel sleepy all the time, we can't do any work with our best effort. Some people always say - Today I didn't have a good sleep and still I am feeling like sleepy.
So, you have to first schedule your sleeping time as when to go to bed and when to rise at morning.
At whatever time you sleep and rise, the focus should be on the " A peaceful sound sleep " that can relax your body and mind.

(2) Overuse of Social media :
People who use Social media for themselves or for their company's earning, promotions, advertizing, marketing and other useful ways are not wasting but using this as a great tool of publicizing things.
But the people who uses Facebook, whats app, instagram or twitter etc. for just chating, photo sharing, status updating and following celebrities and politicians etc. are working just like a non-paid worker for these social media sites. Hence, we are wasting our precious time on these things.
I am not saying that you should completely stop using these sites ,
ABSOLUTELY NOT !

Instead of it , BE SMART TO USE IT.
Don't become just a forwarder of viral messages. Use it for your own benefits. YES , these sites are beneficial if we use it smartly :
》 Use it with a time limit,
》 It is not compulsory to answer every message/chat instantly if it is not important,don't waste your precious time just on forwarding,
》 Use social media to promote your business or your talent.
3. Watching too much T.V. :
Television is another time-taky thing, it is not completely waste of time if you are learning something from it. Otherwise reality shows, dramatic serials and fake negative news are wasting much of our productive time and positivity.

4. Not reading :
Our mind always wants to learn new things because knowledge is its food. Books provides us lots of information and mental exercise.
They gives us a new way of thinking, these benefits can be achieved by reading Books, Blogs, E-books, Pdfs, Apps of books etc.
If you are not reading anything that mean you stopped the process of learning. I think, Watching some learning Videos on You-tube is also as helpful as reading.
5. Having inappropriate friends :
Always choose right friends because your friend circle define your choice.
Wrong friends always mislead, discourage and waste our time.
They neither themselves do anything nor let you do anything.
While a good friend motivate, guide and help you to do something good for you. So, you can limit your area with the idle and negative thinking people.

Attachment in Detachment

When my daughter, the older of my two, wed and left home, I felt a part of me gone. With a daughter and a son, I know what both mean, differently. When she was in her teens I felt as if she was my "physical extension" ! So when she left home to set up her own, I felt I lost a limb. Next time she came to stay with us, I was astonished how her priorities had changed. We too must've given the same shocks to our own parents ! When she said Amma, she meant her mother-in-law, not me!
